Fully Automatic High Speed Wrapping Packer for Salt Soda Beverage Production Line
Application Scope
This heat shrink packaging machine is designed for industrial packaging of glass bottles, PET bottles, and cans in industries including beverages, beer, food, and pharmaceuticals.
Production Capacity:
  • 12,000 to 48,000 bottles/hour production line capacity
  • 30 to 260 packages per minute (depending on packaging specifications)
Equipment Principle
The product is evenly distributed through the entrance plate chain, checked for bottle shortage, arranged through the gate mechanism, then pushed to the film winding belt. The film roll passes through splicing and tensioning mechanisms before being applied to products and sent to the heat shrinking furnace.
